The first WeAreBlahBlahBlah mix of 2009 has landed and we are very excited about this one. Brodinski has provided us with a brilliant techno infused mix that proves once again why he is one of the most highly regarded young producers in the world. In 2007 he released his eagerly anticipated debut “Bad Runner” and followed it up in 2008 with “Oblivion” which was released on Tiga’s outsanding Turbo label. His sound shifts somewhere between techno and electro, and shows the kind of depth that is so rare for such a young producer.
Brodinski’s tightly honed mixing and impeccible ability to read a dancefloor has seen him become one of the most indemand DJs in the world in 2008. His WeAreBlahBlahBlah mix clearly shows off his skills in broad strokes. From his diverse musical tastes we are taken on a journey through tech house, bass heavy electro, techno and finally leaving us in firm Dubstep territory with Skream. Listening to the mix it’s clear to see why Brodinski has risen to the top so quickly and found fans in some of the biggest names in dance music such as Erol Alkan, Tiga, Soulwax, Boys Noize, Busy P, Laurent Garnier and Switch.
