We recently featured Four Tets sublime remix of Falty DL’s Straight & Arrow, however on this occasion its Four Tet himself getting the once over. Jamie XX takes the originals dominant 4 to the floor beat and largely pushes it into the dark recesses of what is now an eery swirling piece of cinematic electronica. Not the sort of track you are likely to break out often in a DJ set, but rather an engaging piece of electronic music that would sit well as a building block within a carefully crafted mixtape.
