Dan Snaith perhaps better known as Caribou has just announced via Pitchfork that he’s preparing the release of a debut album under his more club focused moniker Daphni. According to Pitchfork the album titled ‘Jiaolong’ will be released via his label of the same name October 8th in Europe and Worldwide by October 16th. This is a particuarly rousing announcement when you consider the collection of 12’s that have come before, such as ‘Ye Ye’, ‘Yes I Know‘ and his high energy remixes of ‘Emeralds – Does It Look Like Im Here’ to name a few.
