Since our initial post back in February of this year our home town of Brighton has erupted with an enveloping plume of new electronic music that has been inescapable for anyone caught within its path. Most notably artists such as Lorca, Leon Vynehall, Maxxi Soundsystem, Guy Andrews and Dauwd have seen their music being touted, spun and signed by some of electronic music’s most prestigious DJs and labels, whilst home grown label Well Rounded has found itself hosting parties at Glade, and Echo Festival and traditional Brighton label ‘Skint’ has discovered a new musical direction with its recent Jack Dixon – ‘Above From The Below / Lose Yourself’ release.
