Dorisburg first came to our attention via his debut LP Irrbloss via John Talabot‘s ‘Hivern Discs‘. It was a cracking record with cuts Kassiopeia and Gloson perhaps mostly closely resembling this latest outing. As the Phonica description suggests Venom is dark, brooding and most decidedly birthed in the Techno underworld. Whilst the flip ‘Serum’, although slightly less shadowy, is not exactly the light antidote as its name suggests.

Dorisburg – Venom is available to pre-order now and on the strength of this record and his debut LP alone he’s an artist that is most certainly at the top of his game.
