Frozen Flower by Sei A is the latest release on ‘Turbo Recordings‘ and its a bit of an ear gazing headphone inducing tinkling affair, with crackled beats, emotive piano stabs and threatening pads. Frozen Flower is certainly not for the dancefloor, however there are elements to this piece that have the potential to step out from the personal space. Thankfully the masterful Midland was given the opportunity to remix Frozen Flower and he has expertly tightened up the beats, raised the tempo and given the bass some main room presence, whilst maintaining the emotive feel of the track.
Frozen Flower (Midland Remix) is out Nov 14th and comes highly recommended from us.
