Another indie dance infused jam from the mighty Beck. Following up the cracking ‘Dreams’ and ‘Wow’ Beck is once again demonstrating his versatility and uncanny ear for a killer hook. Beck – Up All Night.

You may remember a few years back that Kanye West took major offence to Beck winning the 2015 Grammy for ‘Best Album’. An award that Kanye, in his infinite wisdom, thought should have gone to Beyonce. The rantings of a man who evidently knew very little about Beck and his supreme talent, talent that is once again on show here with ‘Up All Night’.

Like Kanye, Beck is highly experimental, mixing all manner of influences into his music. Anything from Hip-Hop, Rock, Indie, Trap, Country and beyond is considered fair game. And now it would appear main room dance music has been added to the cutting desk. Up All Night is pounding beats, EDM sourced builds and summery vocal hooks.
