Shinichi Osawa & NT89 - Kyouki

We posted up NT89's excellent bootleg of Peanuts Club last month, and he's hit us up with another great track. This time it's a collaboration with previous Blah Blah Blah guest Shinichi Osawa.

Kyouki is an all out banger featuring grinding synthlines and a jacking dancefloor beat. NT89 has worked as a studio assistant for Bloody Beetroots on many on their tracks and you can hear that influence on the main synth which whirls around like it's been crammed into a blender. Shinichi's influence on the track is pretty clear aswell with the breakdown almost being lifted directly from his superb cover of the Chemical Brothers' "Star Guitar".

NT89 has promised more tracks with Shinichi in the future, so as a teaser this has certainly whet our appetite.

WeAreBlahBlahBlah EP19 - Mixed by Jaymo & Andy George

In 2008 Jaymo & Andy George became the youngest DJs to record a live Essential Mix for Radio 1 and later that year were given the opportunity to host their own show on Radio 1. Fast forward to 2009 and there seems to be no stopping them, with their Moda club night holding residency at Eden in Ibiza this summer and the duo both hitting the studio to bash out their own dance-floor bombs. These guys are superstars in the making and we have exclusively got them in the mix for WeAreBlahBlahBlah, and as you would expect from these guys this mix is a jet propelled mix of exclusive tracks and edits.....

You can also catch the duo at Blah Blah Blah on Saturday 19th September were they will be supporting Jesse Rose.

Erol Alkan - RA Podcast 171

Erol Alkan shouldnt really need any introduction, however for the un-initiated among us he is the man behind the legendary club night Trash (London) which grew from humble beginnings to become the hotbed for the emerging indie electro scene. Erols musical diversity and pioneering taste has resulted in him transcending his Trash night and becoming a global phenomenon in his own right. However Erol is not one for resting on his laurels, and for those of us who have witnessed Erol in action over the last few years will have noticed that his once unique cutup style has gradually evolved as he continually pushes the boundaries of what's expected, and it's with this in mind that this mix prooves an interesting snapshot of were he is heading.....

Thanks must go to the outstanding website and forum Resident Advisor for providing this mix.

CVS & Justin Martin - Beat that Bird

Justin Martin returned to his Dirtybird home and teamed up with Claude Von Stroke to deliver 6 minutes of pure dirtybird bombast. Based around the old school vocal "Beat That Bitch with a Bat" Justin and Claude have twisted the track into a fidgety electro stomper that builds from jacking tech beginnings before descending into a full on grizzly growler without sounding cliched.
